The Village of Woodmere’s Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. All agenda submissions are due to the Building Department no later than two weeks prior to this date.

Architectural Review Board

Sandra M. Pancoe

Sandra is an accomplished Architect and Project Manager with extensive experience supervising design projects from concept to close. Design sensitive, detail-oriented and quality focused. Proven expertise in team leadership, process, and delivering projects on time and within budget. She worked on several major projects, particularly the Cincinnati Public Schools. The project required the ability to understand and navigate the many political and budgetary constraints of a project of that scale; as well, as the expertise to understand its program requirements and technical complexities. Her portfolio represents a comprehensive list of both national and international projects.

Damian M. Thomas

Damian Thomas has more than 20 years of experience delivering integrated solutions for numerous corporate, government, public and residential clients. Former clients include; Target, General Mills, Cuyahoga County Juvenile Justice Center, Oswald Companies, Libbey Glass, and Goodyear to name a few. He is project manager for the RCF Group and serves as a senior executive for the workplace solutions company, assisting in the development of the company’s strategic plan as well as representing the organization through civic involvement. He is active with the Cleveland Leadership Center, a mentor for students as well as a participant in the Civic Leadership Program. He also served as an ACE mentor in the ACE mentorship program. As a co-chair of the Cleveland Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee. Damian serves as a liaison between MBE’s and corporations to create collaboration opportunities.

Mike Wildermuth​

Mike Wildermuth has more than 30 years in the field of architecture. He has expert understanding of design, looking at projects with an eye for the implications of technical project delivery, building codes, and regulatory and environmental requirements. In 2017, he joined Vocon as Senior Technical Director. Vocon is one of the largest architectural and design firms in the country as well as one of the top 40 firms internationally. Before joining Vocon, Wildermuth’s most recent roles include serving as Senior Project Manager at RDL Architects; Senior Associate/Project Executive at C.C. Hodgson Architectural Group; Senior Project Manager at Moody Nolan Inc.; and Senior Associate/Project Executive at Dorsky Hodgson Parrish Yue Architects. Wildermuth has taught building codes and standards classes at Ursuline College and Virginia Marti College of Art and Design, as well as led seminars internally and at local, state and national conferences.
