Woodmere Village Shines at the 16th Annual Who's Who in Black Cleveland

Woodmere Village made a notable impression at the 16th Annual Who's Who in Black Cleveland event tonight. The celebration showcased the remarkable achievements of African Americans in the Cleveland area, highlighting the diverse talent and contributions to the community.

One of the standout attendees was Belmont resident Kyasha Williams, a Senior Product Manager for PNC, who attended with her husband, Antoine. Their presence underscored the strong community ties and professional excellence that Woodmere Village residents bring to the table.

Mayor Benjamin Holbert and Woodmere First Lady Joyce Holbert were also featured at the event, further elevating the village's presence. Mayor Holbert's participation highlighted Woodmere's commitment to supporting and celebrating African American leadership and success.

Woodmere Village proudly sponsored the event and is gearing up to celebrate its 80th Anniversary on November 18th. This milestone reflects the village's enduring legacy and vibrant future.

Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marcia Fudge graced the cover of this year's book, adding an extra layer of prestige to the event. Her recognition as a trailblazer and leader in the community served as an inspiration to all in attendance.
