Pursuant to Sections 105.03 and 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Woodmere notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council of the Village of Woodmere shall take place on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 6:00pm in Council Chambers at Village Hall, 27899 Chagrin Boulevard, Woodmere, Ohio.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider:

1)         Ordinance No. 2021-46 allowing for hybrid meetings of municipal bodies; and

2)         Legislation to send to the Board of Elections a charter amendment removing the requirement that the Clerk of Council be elected.
