NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF MEETINGS 

NOTICE is hereby given that the following meetings and hearing to consider the  February 22, 2022 Petition of 3641 Brainard, LLC, 3648 Avondale LLC, and 3653 Brainard  LLC requesting an Amendment of the Woodmere Village Zoning Ordinances to add Chapter  1151, U-2A Planned Residential District, which is attached to the Petition as Attachment A, and  an Amendment of the Woodmere Village Zoning Map, which is attached to the Petition as  Attachment B, to change the zoning of permanent parcels nos. 891-06-034, 891-06-036, and  891-06-037 on Avondale Avenue, and permanent parcels nos. 891-07-007, 891-06-031, 891-06- 030 are hereby CANCELLED because the Petition has been withdrawn by the petitioners: 

1. April 26, 2022 Special Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting;

2. May 16, 2022 Council Public Hearing; 

3. May 23, 2022 Special Meeting of Council.
