New Legislation – October 17, 2012
The following legislation was passed at the regular Council meeting on October 17, 2012:
2012-56 –A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Cuyahoga county Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the Cuyahoga County fiscal officer.
2012-58 – A Resolution to adopt the solid waste management plan for the Cuyahoga County solid waste management district.
2012-64 – An Ordinance authorizing the treasurer to amend the 2012 certificate of estimated revenues and file the amendment with the Cuyahoga County fiscal officer.
2012-74 – A Resolution authorizing the mayor to apply to the Ohio Public Works Commission for a grant for the funding of capital infrastructure improvement projects.
2012-75 – A Resolution accepting the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to grant Alex Kertesz Trust a variance to the required number of parking spaces for the Firehouse Subs project.
2012-80 – A Resolution adopting and establishing the office of emergency management for Cuyahoga County as the emergency management agency for the Village of Woodmere.
2012-81 – A Resolution adopting the countywide all natural hazards mitigation plan for Cuyahoga County, 2011 update.
