New Legislation – November 21, 2012

The following legislation was passed at the regular Council meeting on November 21,2012

2012-83 – An Ordinance amending Section 157.03 of the codified ordinances of the Village of Woodmere by adding paragraphs (h) – (l) establishing a Sick Leave Donation Program.

2012-84 – An Ordinance amending Section 733.01 (a) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Woodmere to increase the annual snow plow permit fee.

2012-85 – An Ordinance authorizing the Village Treasurer to transfer ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) from the General Fund to the Building Improvement (417) Fund.

2012-86 – An Ordinance authorizing the Village Treasurer to transfer five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) from the General Fund to the Land Acquisition (490) Fund.

2012-87 – An Ordinance authorizing the Treasurer to transfer the sum of sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ($16,250.00) from the General Fund to the New Vehicle Fund (415).

2012-88 – An Ordinance authorizing the Treasurer to advance the sum of one thousand five hundred and fifty-three dollars and thirty-seven cents ($1,553.37) from the General Fund the Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund (320).

2012-89 – An Ordinance providing for and authorizing the Treasurer To submit to the County Fiscal Officer a temporary appropriations budget for the expenses and other expenditures of the Village of Woodmere for the first three months of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.

2012-90 A Resolution accepting the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to grant Agile Sign on behalf of WBR 27810Chagrin II LLC, a variance to the Ground Sign Requirements of Section 1321.03 (r) (2) and (6) of the Village’s Codified Ordinances.

2012-91 – An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept the quote from and enter into a lease financing agreement in the amount of thirty thousand three hundred and forty-nine dollars ($30,349.00) with Dollar Bank for a new 2012 Ford F-350 pickup truck.

2012-92 – An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, pursuant to the 2010 FEMA Fire Prevention Grant, to purchase 475 smoke detectors from Kidde Fire Department Store in the total amount of seven thousand five hundred eighty-five dollars and seventy-five cents ($7,585.75).
