LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF WOODMERE CHANGE IN CONDUCTING OF COUNCIL’S MARCH 30, 2020 FINANCE AND LEGISLATION COMMITTEE MEETINGS
In view of the recent Order of Dr. Amy Acton, Director of the Ohio Department of Health, in conjunction with Gov. Mike DeWine and guidelines issued by the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC regarding the coronavirus and the prohibition on mass gatherings and in accordance with Sections 105.07 and 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Woodmere and the Opinion of the Law Director dated March 22, 2020, notice is hereby given of a change in the Conducting of the March 30, 2020.
Meeting of the Finance and Legislation Committees of the Village of Woodmere. The meetings will be conducted by teleconference. The public may access the meeting by dialing 1-646-749-3112 and entering access code 165-984-597.
The teleconference meeting for the March 30 Finance Committee Meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and the Legislation Committee meeting will begin immediately after the conclusion of the Finance Committee meeting.
