ORDINANCE 2012-48 – Authorizing the compensation of P&Z secretary to be increased from $100.00 to $200.00 per meeting.
ORDINANCE 2012-54 – Establishing the compensation of the building inspector at sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00) per year.
ORDINANCE 2012-55 – An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $245,500.00 in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring certain real estate.
RESOLUTION 2012-57 – Requesting the Cuyahoga County Auditor to advance taxes and assessments
ORDINANCE 2012-59 – Authorizing the Village Treasurer to advance a sum not to exceed$3,000.00 from the general fund to the Cuyahoga County Recycle Grant Fund.
ORDINANCE 2012-60 – Amending Ordinance 2012-08 and revising the contract with Zashin & Rich Law Firm to represent the Village of Woodmere in contested grievance and arbitration proceedings.
ORDINANCE 2012-61 – Authorizing the Mayor, upon the recommendation of the Village Engineer to accept and approve change of order no.2 dated September 18, 2012 in the amount of $10,920.00 submitted by McMahon Masonry Restoration for additional repairs to the police and fire station building.
RESOLUTION 2012-62 – Amending Resolution 2012-47 an d authorizing the Mayor to sell the Village’s 1996 Ford F-150 Pick-up truck for an amount not less than eight hundred and fifty dollars ($850.00).
ORDIANCE 2012-63 – Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services Cooperative Purchasing Program for a Ford F350 Pick-up truck and snow plow equipment for the Service Department.
