New Legislation – December 19, 2012

2012-65 – An Ordinance providing for adjustment of the annual budget for the fiscal year 2012 and revising certain appropriations for operating expenses.

2012-66 – A Resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into a depository agreement with PNC Bank for active interim and/or inactive Village funds.

2012-67 – A Resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into a depository agreement with Dollar Bank for active interim and/or inactive Village funds.

2012-68 – A Resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into a depository agreement with Fifth Third Bank for active interim and/or inactive Village funds.

2012 -69 – A Resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into a depository agreement with Charter One Bank for active interim and/or inactive Village funds.

2012-70 – An Ordinance authorizing the Village treasurer to transfer a sum not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) from the General Fund to the Fire Levy Fund.

2012-71 – An Ordinance appointing Lon Stolarsky as Assistant Director of Law/Prosecutor of the Village of Woodmere for the period of January 1, 2013 until December 31,2013.2012-72 – An Ordinance appointing Thomas M. Cornhoff as Treasurer/Tax Administrator of the Village of Woodmere for the period of January 1, 2013 until December 31, 2013.

2012-73 – An Ordinance appointing Edward J. Hren as Village Engineer of the Village of Woodmere for the period of January 1, 2013 until December 31, 2013.

2012-76 – An Ordinance enacting New Chapter 1303-Mechanical and Plumbing Code as an amendment to Part 13-Building Code of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Woodmere.

2012-77 – An Ordinance enacting New Chapter 1307-International Property Maintenance as an amendment to Part 13-Building Code of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Woodmere.

2012-78 – An Ordinance enacting New Chapter 1329.11 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Woodmere to increase the annual contractor registration fee and define the term “Contractor”.

2012-95 – An Ordinance extending from December 31, 2012 through June 30, 2013 the terms and conditions of Ordinance 1992-10, which granted Woodbran Realty Corporation non-exclusive right and franchise with regard to the collection and transportation of sanitary sewage to the sanitary sewage plant of the Woodbran Realty Corporation for the convenience and benefit of the Village of Woodmere, its inhabitants, and other sanitary sewage customers of the Woodbran Realty Corporation. (First reading and suspension of rules pursuant to Charter Article III, Section 6C).

2012-96 An Ordinance amending Ordinance 2012-07 to increase the maximum fee for services provided by Ken Jones to an amount not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00).
