The shopping center may already be known as an excellent spot for retail and fine dining, yet Eton continues to impress, this time with their scenery. Just recently, Chagrin Valley Times announced that Eton has received the annual award for Property of the Year. This award, which is presented by the Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association (ONLA), honors the most creative and beautiful displays of property design throughout the state of Ohio.

“I’m elated because they do such a great job. You always look forward to when they start to plant those flowers,” says Mayor Holbert. “It looks good and smells good. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it.”

Eton’s award-winning landscape always focuses on seasonal colors. With this approach, their scenic gardens displayed the progression of each color through three separate seasons.

Many thanks should go out to Exterior Services (out of Rocky River), the primary landscaper for Eton Mall. Not only was the design very organized, but the seasonal upkeep is what makes for a picture-perfect visual experience.

Even throughout the cold, winter season, Eton’s property stands out. This arrangement will only flourish as the spring season approaches, so be sure to stop up to see what they have in store this year as the weather warms up!
