Building Department

We provide professional services. Our services insure that all Village buildings, structures and their accessory uses and equipment are safe for use and occupancy in accordance with all applicable local ordinances and state building codes.

Planning & Zoning

The Village of Woodmere’s Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM. All agenda submissions are due to the Building Department no later than two weeks prior to this date.
