In terms of occupancy, business in Woodmere is at an all-time high. We are generating $2.1 million in Regional Income Tax.
The winds of March bring the winds of change, and we have changed our landscape with new businesses.
Among our newest residents is the beautiful new Fifth Third Bank branch on Chagrin Boulevard. Branch manager, Nancy Herman, invites everyone to drop in and meet their staff.
Fifth Third immediately stepped up to the plate and became one of the sponsors of our Black History Month celebration at Eton. Also new to Woodmere is the first Vietnamese restaurant on Cleveland’s eastside. Bowl of Pho is now open for business at Village Square shopping center. It is absolutely authentic and delicious.
Eton Collection is getting two new businesses opening in the fall of 2012. They will be starting their promotions for these two stores very soon. Watch for more information on these openings in our next newsletter.
